Registration Info

Registration is possible only by the registration form and will be closed on 15 April 2008. Receipt of your registration will be confirmed by e-mail.

INVITED SPEAKERS

Invited speakers, honorary members and members of the scientific committee of i-SUP2008 should also register through the website; they will be approached by the Responsible Organizer as well.

STUDENTS

Students are requested to send a copy of their student idendity card by email to
info@i-SUP2008.org.

REGISTRATION FEE


Event:
The registration fee for the event is 300 Euro (incl. VAT)

Only by sending a copy of their student identity card, the registration fee for students is 150 Euro (incl. VAT).

Included:

  • Admission to all parts of the event
  • Welcome Reception at the Town Hall of Bruges
  • Official plenary session in the famous concert Hall of Bruges, including walking dinner and concert by Liebrecht Vanbeckevoort
  • Lunches for the 3 days of the event
  • Conference bag
  • CD ROM with abstracts

Walking dinner
Registration to participate to the walking dinner in the Concert Hall in Bruges on 23rd April is requested.

Old Flemish Banquet
Registration fee for the nocturne, in the Homebrewery “De Halve Maan”, inclusive the Old Flemish Banquet on 24th April is 60 Euro (incl. VAT)

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

The deadline for cancellations of registration is April 11, 2008. The event organization should be notified in writing. Payment minus an administration fee of €50 will be refunded after the event. Please note that no refunds can be made when registered after April 11, 2008.
